Orders received before noon Monday through Thursday will be shipped the same day
Orders received after 12:00pm EST on Thursday will be shipped Monday
All orders must have someone available to receive the shipment
Orders shipped Priority Mail on Thursday maybe delivered on Saturday
Estimated shipping costs are based on USPS 2 day shipping zones. Outside these zones, actual shipping costs will be calculated and emailed prior to shipping.
Small orders are shipped Priority Mail
Large orders may be shipped UPS
Whenever possible we include the meal worms in the cricket box to minimize shipping costs
We make efforts to insure delivery of healthy crickets with expedited shipping in hot weather and winter packaging in cold weather (heat packs or double boxing or both at no charge).
Some conditions prohibit the guaranteed delivery of live healthy crickets including:
No one to receive the crickets upon delivery
Extended temperatures above 95oF
Extended temperatures below 25oF
