    • Cricket House

      These cricket houses are  plastic bins (22.75″ x 13.5″ x 10.75″) with a ventilated lid suitable for up to 2000 adult crickets.  The house will accommodate either the egg flats or paper tubes.

    • Egg Flat

      $0.70  

      12″  long x12″ wide.  The egg flats are made of recycled material.  These are the same flats that are used in the shipping box.  The egg flats provide areas for the crickets to crawl and hide.

    • Gel Crystals

      $5.50  

      This Super absorbent polymer will swell to hold 300 times its mass in water.  This is the same material used as the base for specialty gel foods. The liquid absorbed provides the nutritional additives.  Only one teaspoon of gel crystals is needed to produce 1 quart of gel.  The gel allows small crickets to drink without drowning.

    • Paper Tubes

      11″ long x 1.75″ diameter. The tubes provide areas for the crickets to crawl and hide inside the cricket house.  The tube also provides a convenient way to collect crickets for transferring to the feed area.

    • Water Tray and Insert

      The plastic tray is designed to screw onto a standard canning jar (filled with water).  The plastic insert fits in the tray and floats on top of the water to provide access to the water without drowning.
